Information You Provide to Us

If you make a purchase from us, we work with a third-party payment processor to collect and process your payment information.

  • Activity Information: We collect information about your activity on our Services, such as user login and logout activity, data updates made you on our platform, exports pulled by you and new user invitations sent by you.
  • Transactional Information: When you make a purchase, exchange, or return, we collect information about the transaction, such as product details, purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction.
  • Device and Usage Information: We collect information about how you access our Services, including data about the device and network you use, such as your hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers, browser type, and app version.   • Audio and Video Recordings, Photos, and Chat Content: If you contact customer service or technical support through our chat feature or by phone, we may monitor and retain those conversations, including for training purposes.
  • Your Content: With your permission, we collect information and content stored on your device, such as IP address, location, browser type, MAC (Media Access Control) address.
  • Precise Geolocation Information: With your consent, we may collect information about the precise location of your device. You may stop the collection of precise location information at any time (see the "Your privacy rights and choices" section below for details).
  • Information Collected by Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies: We use tracking technologies, such as cookies, pixels, proxy/embedded links and SDKs, to collect information about your interactions with the Services including metadata regarding your use of the Services. These technologies help us improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular, and count visits. Information We Collect from Other Sources
‍We obtain information from other sources.For example, we may collect information from identity verification services,advertising networks, data analytics providers, and mailing list providers.This information includes IP address and location information. Additionally, if you create or log into your Big Ticket account through a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Google), we will have access to certain information from that platform, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.

Information We Derive
We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your approximate location based on your IP address or infer that you are looking to purchase certain products based on your browsing behavior and past purchases.

Use of Information

We use the categories of information we collect to provide the Services including, sending emails via the platform, facilitating user collaboration on the platform and showing user activity and permissions on the platform. We also use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services;
  • Personalize your experience with us;
  • Send you technical notices, security alerts, support messages and other transactional or relationship messages;
  • Communicate with you about products, services, and events offered by Big Ticket and others and provide news and information that we think will interest you (see the "Your privacy rights and choices" section below for information about how to opt out of these communications at any time);
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our products and services;

  • Detect, investigate, and help prevent security incidents and other malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity and help protect the rights and property of Big Ticket and others; and

In certain circumstances, we may disclose (or permit others to directly collect) information about you. We may disclose the categories of personal information described above in the following ways:

  • We may disclose personal information, such as user activity, IP address, location, browser type and MAC (Media Access Control) address, when we have your consent or you direct us to do so.

We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. Big Ticket processes, maintains, and uses this information only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify such information, except as permitted by law.

Transfer of information to the United States and other countries

Big Ticket is headquartered in the United States and we have operations and vendors in the United States and other countries. Therefore, we and those that perform work for us may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction. Where required by law, we provide adequate protection for the transfer of personal data in accordance with applicable law, such as by obtaining your consent, relying on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions, or executing Standard Contractual Clauses. Data retention

We store personal data associated with your account for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete your account data within 90 days. We store other personal data for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which we originally collected it and for other business purposes explained in this Privacy Policy.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

When you first launch any of our mobile apps that collect precise location information, you will be asked to consent to the app’s collection of this information. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies
Big Ticket uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze visits to and use of our Services and how consumers are interacting with our marketing communications. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.
Communications Preferences
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Big Ticket by following the instructions in those communications or by managing your communication preferences in your account settings. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Mobile Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
